Responsibilities
Deliver face to face and virtual training sessions to individuals and groups
Facilitate workshops, webinars and lunch and learn sessions
Train staff on AI tools and technology platforms used across the firm
Provide one on one support and troubleshooting assistance
Develop training materials, guides and user resources
Support the rollout of new systems, processes and technologies
Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Track training participation and engagement

About You
Previous experience working within a law firm as a Legal Assistant,



Legal Secretary or legal business services professional
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Word functionality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A confident, approachable and service focused style
Interest in technology, innovation and AI tools
Solid organisational and problem solving skills
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
