We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide short-term leave cover, supporting a diverse portfolio across the Mid North Coast region.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive HR skilled who can quickly build relationships, provide practical people advice, and effectively support leaders across a broad range of HR matters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Workers Compensation claims and injury management processes
Provide employee relations advice and end-to-end case management support
Coach and support managers on people-related matters
Coordinate and manage fitness for work assessments
Deliver general HR advisory and administrative support to the wider team
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercially focused HR solutions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
Robust knowledge of Employee Relations, case management, and Workers Compensation
Experience managing complex workplace matters with confidence and professionalism




The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Willingness and ability to provide on-site support where required
