This company is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant to join their Finance team on a 6-week contract initially. This role has been created to support the team with completing acquittals on time. This is a fantastic chance for a technically solid accountant who thrives in working towards tight deadlines.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in stabilising and strengthening the finance function. This role will play a key part in providing urgent support to the team.

Your responsibilities will include
Completing ongoing acquittal requirements and help the team meet strict deadlines
Performing detailed reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Assisting the team with adhoc responsibilities

This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented,



and comfortable working independently to deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.

About You

You are a technically robust Financial Accountant with experience working in a group environment. You are comfortable navigating complexity, investigating discrepancies, and working hands-on within systems.

You will bring
Proven experience as a Financial Accountant in a group structure
CA or CPA qualification (preferred)
Strong experience in acquittals
NFP experience highly regarded
The ability to prioritise, work autonomously, and meet deadlines
