The Coles Group is seeking an experienced Leader for an Afternoon Shift at our Distribution Centre. You will coach and support a 25–30 person team to deliver operational output while upholding safety and compliance, on a 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM roster.

You will energise and empower your team to meet targets, plan workloads efficiently, and manage costs. Experience across receiving, picking, packing and dispatching of goods is essential.
