MAMAS Dining Group is seeking experienced Assistant Venue Managers and Supervisors to join our Melbourne front-of-house leadership teams. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to run smooth services, lead shifts and maintain high guest experiences.

This hands-on role focuses on coaching, supporting teams on shift, and upholding service standards across diverse venues. RSA and WHS compliance are essential, and flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.
