Cafe Cherry Beans Broadmeadows is looking for a passionate, skilled and professional Barista to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced barista with 3–4 years of experience who takes pride in preparing high-quality coffee, creating beautiful latte art, and making specialty and fancy beverages, including iced drinks and cold foam creations.

If you have excellent coffee-making skills, a creative approach to beverages, and enjoy working in a busy café environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso coffee with consistent taste and presentation.
Create beautiful latte art and specialty coffee beverages.
Make fancy drinks, including iced lattes, flavoured coffees, cold foam drinks and other trending café beverages.
Operate and maintain the coffee machine and grinder professionally.
Ensure excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards.
Assist with general café duties when required.





Skills and Experience Required
3–4 years of professional barista experience.
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art.
Experience making specialty coffees, iced beverages and cold foam drinks.
Creative drink-making skills and an eye for presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced café.
Availability to work weekends is highly desirable.
