Sydney | $250k–$280k TPV + 30–40% STI

An established property investment and funds management group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a commercial office portfolio.

This is a senior, hands-on position focused on asset stabilisation, leasing, income growth and driving asset performance.

You’ll join an experienced investment team with genuine autonomy, direct access to senior decision-makers and the chance to influence asset strategy.

The Role
Lead asset management strategies across commercial office assets.
Drive asset stabilisation, vacancy reduction and leasing outcomes.
Develop and execute asset business plans, budgets and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to increase NOI, rental income and asset values.
Oversee leasing agents, property managers and external consultants.
Manage CAPEX, refurbishment and asset repositioning initiatives.
Maintain hands-on involvement in tenant relationships and operational matters.




Work closely with senior leadership on investment and portfolio performance.

About You
Strong commercial office asset management experience.
Background in property funds, investment management or landlord-side ownership.
Proven track record in leasing, asset stabilisation and income growth.
Solid financial acumen across budgets, valuations and asset reporting.
Experience managing capital works and external service providers.
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable getting into the operational detail.
Ideally experienced within a smaller, agile investment setting.
