The opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced PBS clinician ready to step into a senior role without sacrificing flexibility, autonomy, or work-life balance. You'll carry a complex, rewarding caseload across children, youth, and adults supported by an in-house MDT and a genuine hybrid mode. You own your diary, your community schedule, and your WFH days. Remuneration is fully negotiated to your experience level and registration.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans for complex NDIS participants
Lead Functional Behaviour Assessments and translate findings into practical, person-centred strategies
Champion restrictive practice reduction in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
Mentor junior practitioners and build clinical capability across the team
Collaborate with an in-house MDT to deliver seamless, holistic participant care

What You'll Need
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration — Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level (Proficient minimum)
Proven track record in complex FBAs and high-quality Behaviour Support Plan development
Strong knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission regulations and the PBS Capability Framework
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
