Bather's Pavilion, located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city, is looking for a full‑time Chef de Partie to join our lively, fast‑paced bistro. You’ll work across a range of sections that allow you to showcase your skills, technique, and passion for great food.

We create contemporary Mediterranean‑style dishes with a seasonal, produce‑driven menu. Our focus is easy: fantastic, delicious food cooked with equal parts passion and fun.

You’ll be part of a agile team of chefs committed to delivering consistently excellent food, all while working right next to one of Sydney’s most spectacular beaches. It’s a positive, growth‑focused environment with plenty of opportunities for development and promotion.

Requirements
