MadeComfy (a PRISM company - part of a $9B global hospitality technology group operating across 35+ countries) is expanding its AU & NZ portfolio and looking for a high-impact Commercial Lead - Partner & Portfolio Growth.

This is a senior role at the intersection of real estate, commercial growth, and partner success, driving performance across a large portfolio of property partners.

What you will own
End-to-end growth and retention of property partner portfolio
Reduction of churn and increase in long-term partner value
Revenue optimisation across partner properties
Improvement of property performance across Google, Trustpilot, and OTA platforms
Building structured partner engagement frameworks
Leading and scaling a high-performing commercial team

What success looks like
Solid retention metrics and reduced partner churn
Sustainable revenue growth across the portfolio
Achievement of signing and conversion targets (individual + team)
Improved property ratings and guest experience metrics
High team performance, accountability, and delivery consistency

What we're looking for
8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years preferably in real estate, property management, or similar portfolio-driven businesses.
Strong commercial and partner/account management experience
Leadership experience managing and developing teams (preferred)
