Mercure is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Cuccina & Beccarria and support other F&B; services. This hands-on role focuses on developing the team, delivering guest experiences, maintaining service standards and managing stock and costs.
Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will coach staff, assist with rostering, control beverage costs and ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S; standards.
