About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, and is comfortable balancing customer support with hands-on operational tasks such as order fulfilment and quality control.You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery, while also contributing to continuous improvement across customer service processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries via email, web chat, and phone in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Provide accurate product, order, and service information
Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating where necessary to ensure positive outcomes




Accurately process and fulfil customer orders
Assist with quality checks to ensure all products meet brand standards
Carefully prepare and package orders for dispatch with attention to detail and presentation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
Gather and share customer feedback with relevant teams (retail, production, admin) to support product and service improvements
Contribute to refining processes and improving documentation where needed
