Alemre Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Full time Assistant Manager for our CUSS Original Frozen Custard store in Newtown, Sydney. You will lead the team, support the Store Manager and help deliver the high-quality service CUSS is known for.

This hands-on leadership role covers coaching, rostering, stock control and daily store operations, with a transparent pathway to becoming Store Manager as the brand grows. Flexibility to work across days, evenings and weekends is essential.
