NTT Motor Group Newcastle is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Recent Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow our Nissan and Stellantis New Vehicle Departments.

Core Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Drive new vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability and market share.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to support departmental growth.
Build and Maintain strong relationships with customer, OEM, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the F&I; department to support and maximize finance penetration, VAP sales, and overall profitability.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
