An exciting prospect has become available for a driven Sales Associate to work directly alongside a highly successful Selling Principal within a high-performing, multi-office real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Selling Principal with daily prospecting and database management
Assist with the complete A-Z listing and sales process
Conduct and assist with open homes and private inspections
Follow up buyer enquiries and provide regular buyer feedback




Build and maintain relationships with prospective sellers and buyers
Assist with property appraisals and valuations
Coordinate building and pest inspections
Manage buyer enquiry following new listings and open homes
Conduct prospecting calls and nurture potential vendors
Assist with preparing properties for market and coordinating sales campaigns
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, building inspectors and other relevant parties

About You
Previous real estate experience, ideally within sales or sales support
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Reliable vehicle and drivers licence
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with buyers and prospective vendors
A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
