The Front of House Manager at Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast will lead the café, barista and FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences during breakfast, lunch and events. You’ll oversee rostering, coffee standards, menu updates and service flow in a rapid-paced venue by the beach.

Working closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef, you’ll drive hospitality excellence, staff development and cost control while upholding workplace safety and food safety requirements.
