You'll work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs across clinic, home, community and school settings, holding NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Core level or above. This is a role for someone with existing experience in the field who wants a multidisciplinary team around them and a genuine path into senior or leadership work.

ASSESSMENT & PLANNING
Conduct behavioural support assessments
Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
Deliver evidence-based Behaviour Support interventions

DELIVERY & COLLABORATION
Provide support in clinic, home, community and school environments
Work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Contribute to outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above)
Solid understanding of Behaviour Support frameworks
Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills




Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
