About the Role

Are you a skilled administrator with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? Directions Workforce Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Infrastructure Operations Support Officer to support local government infrastructure, procurement, fleet, and depot operations in Three Springs, WA.

Working directly with the Manager of Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in delivering the Council’s works program, coordinating fleet schedules, managing records, and keeping day‑to‑day depot administration organized and effective.

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Depot Admin: Assist the Manager of Infrastructure with reports, routine correspondence, and registers; manage Firebreak Notice processes; support Ranger Services; and provide relief support to the main office.
Procurement & Contractor Support: Obtain quotes in line with Council policy, process and track purchase orders,



and maintain up-to-date contractor insurance and license documentation.
Fleet & Plant Management: Maintain equipment servicing schedules, registration/licensing records, and assist with plant replacement planning.
Records & Compliance: Ensure compliance with State Records Act 2000, maintain document control, and assist with WHS hazard/incident reporting and operational risk records.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid background in records and information management.
Excellent organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
National Police Clearance (Within 3 months)
Full Australian Driver's Licence
Pre - Employment Drug and Alcohol Screening

Desirable (Highly Regarded)
Experience in Local Government or supporting Depot/Works settings.
Hands‑on experience with SynergySoft.
Knowledge of Local Government procurement and the State Records Act 2000.
