Davidson is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to appoint a Business Analyst to join its Applications and AI Technology team. This is a hands-on role supporting the identification, design and delivery of practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, safety, compliance and operational outcomes. It will suit a Business Analyst with experience across digital or technology delivery and exposure to emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities
Work with product owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to identify and assess AI use cases.
Elicit and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and delivery plans.
Support the design and configuration of solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, AWS or comparable technologies.
Manage and prioritise backlogs, participate in Agile ceremonies, and facilitate workshops and demonstrations.
Support data preparation, testing,



AI evaluation, adoption, documentation and continuous improvement activities.

About you
At least two years' experience in business analysis, digital product delivery, technology, analytics, automation or AI-related projects.
Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, OpenAI or comparable cloud AI services.
Understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design and responsible AI principles.
Robust skills across requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, testing and Agile delivery.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
