We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to join a luxury residential apartment project in Cremorne, with an immediate start available.

The project is an 8-level Class 2 development approaching completion, with handover targeted for April, so we need someone with a solid eye for detail who can hit the ground running and drive the finishing works through to completion.

The Role
Coordinate and supervise finishing trades across the apartments and common areas.
Drive quality and workmanship across high-end residential finishes.
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and detailed plans.
Manage subcontractors, sequencing and day-to-day site activities.
Identify and resolve defects and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
Track site activities and documentation using Procore and 1Breadcrumb.

About You




Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end residential or luxury apartment projects.
Strong understanding of Class 2 construction and finishing trades.
Excellent attention to detail and a robust focus on quality.
Confident reading plans, specifications and construction details.
Able to step into an existing project, take ownership and drive the finishing works through to handover.
Experience with Procore and 1Breadcrumb highly regarded.
