The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) – Rapid Access Service for the Northwest Older Persons Mental Health Service. The CNS will provide advanced clinical assessment, triage, short-term interventions, and care coordination to support older Tasmanians to remain in their homes and reduce hospital admissions.

Collaboration with RACHs, GPs, and hospitals is essential. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with relevant psychiatric experience or
