Stream Healthcare is partnering with a leading Allied Health provider to recruit a Community Podiatrist to join their growing team across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs .

The Role
Provide high-quality podiatry services to clients in their homes and within the community.
Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of foot, ankle and lower limb conditions.
Provide routine podiatry care, diabetic foot assessments, high-risk foot care, nail and skin care, footwear advice and orthotic recommendations where appropriate.
Develop personalised treatment plans to support clients to achieve their health, mobility and independence goals.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic,



client-centred care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing career development and best practice.

To Be Successful, You’ll Have
Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
Full Australian working rights.
Current Australian driver’s licence.
National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
A passion for community-based care and achieving positive client outcomes.
Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
