You'll work on financial modelling, market research, due diligence and client-facing submissions while partnering with industry-leading professionals across the business.

What you’ll be doing

As our Investment Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role across the investment lifecycle,



working closely with the Investment Manager and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate and execute investment prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Build financial and cash flow models to support acquisitions and transactions
Conduct market research, due diligence and sector analysis
Prepare client submissions, pitches and information memorandums
Manage and interpret key property and market data
Support transaction campaigns from start to finish

About you
Relevant degree in Property, Finance, Economics or similar
Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Property industry experience highly regarded
