D'Orsogna Limited is seeking an experienced Line Setter/TA to join our fast-paced production team on the night shift.

About the Role

Set up, calibrate, and optimise machinery to ensure productive production and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Line Setup & Changeovers: Perform efficient mechanical changeovers on production lines (e.g., Slicers, Thermoformers and Robots) to meet the daily production schedule.
Mechanical Support: Assist Maintenance Fitters with preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and installations.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct performance trials and maintain quality standards.
Complete basic maintenance and record keeping.
Work with team to meet production targets and safety standards.

About You
Line Setter/TA experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
Solid problem-solving and attention to detail.
Knowledge of mechanical/automated systems.

Desirable (But Not Essential)
Forklift Licence (LF).




Certificate II or III in Food Processing or a relevant Trade Assistant qualification.
Experience with PLC-controlled machinery or HMI touchscreens.
