Wellways Australia is seeking a full time Carer Gateway Navigator based in Bowral, NSW. The role supports Older Carers and carers of frail aged people, engaging CALD communities and First Nations groups to navigate the My Aged Care system.

This is an ongoing, full time position with SCHADS Level 4B, salary packaging up to $15,899 and 17.5% leave loading plus superannuation. Driver’s license and Police/NDIS checks required.
