The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing a well-organised portfolio of industrial, retail, and office commercial properties.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:




Previous experience in property management (residential or commercial)
Exceptional communication skills
Familiarity with Cirrus 8 is advantageous but not mandatory
Assistant Agent Qualification or a Licensed Real Estate Agent
Familiarity with property software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solution-oriented approach
Possession of a valid driver's licence and a car
Friendly and approachable demeanour
