Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Geriatric Specialist Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Northfield SA. You will assess needs, plan and deliver person-centred nursing care for older people living with dementia alongside a multidisciplinary team.

You must be NMBA registered or eligible, hold a current practising certificate, and bring sound nursing skills and clinical judgement.
