Key Responsibilities
Prepareingredientsandcompletedailykitchenpreparationaccordingtoestablishedrequirements
Reviewpreparationprioritieswiththeteamleaderbeforeservice
Manageyourallocatedkitchensectionduringbreakfastandlunchservice
Maintainconsistentstandardsoffoodpreparationandpresentation
Workcollaborativelywithotherkitchenteammembersduringbusyperiods
Assistacrosssectionswhenadditionalsupportisrequired
Maintainanorganisedandefficientworkstationthroughoutservice
Cleanequipmentandworkareasprogressivelythroughouttheshift
Followworkplacefoodsafety,hygieneandcleanlinessprocedures
Communicateclearlywithteammembersandcontributetosmoothserviceoperations
Requirements & Eligibility
Previousexperienceworkinginacommercialkitchen,caféorsimilarhospitalityenvironment
