Position Summary
Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Lead, train and mentor housekeeping associates to deliver consistent 5-star room and public area presentation
Ensure team compliance with grooming, uniform and operational standards
Conduct room and area inspections, ensuring all spaces meet Sheraton’s luxury expectations
Manage stock levels, amenities and equipment, maintaining organised supply areas
Assist with rosters, productivity targets, and general administrative duties
Respond to guest requests promptly, creating thoughtful and personalised service experiences
Support onboarding, performance reviews and coaching of housekeeping associates

About You
Relevant experience in housekeeping, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
Solid leadership,



communication and organisational skills
Ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards under pressure
Basic computer knowledge for administrative and reporting tasks
