Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be the go-to person for all things people in this hands-on, standalone role.

Day to Day

You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, including:
End-to-end recruitment, contracts, onboarding and offboarding
Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
Managing performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and terminations
Running performance reviews, training and development
Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
Supporting salary reviews, benchmarking and payroll
Maintaining HR policies, procedures and employee records
Ensuring compliance across Fair Work, awards and WHS
Workers' compensation and return-to-work matters
HR reporting for the leadership team

You’ll Need
5+ years' generalist HR experience and the confidence to operate autonomously, influence senior stakeholders and handle sensitive matters with sound judgement and discretion.
Experience within property, construction or real estate will be highly regarded.
