Our client is an established Newcastle allied health service with a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and a robust reputation across neurological and complex care.

They’re looking for another Speech Pathologist to join the team as the organisation continues to grow.

Develop Your Own Clinical Interests: Rather than being limited to one narrow caseload, you’ll have the prospect to build experience across:
Paediatrics
Adults
Neurological rehabilitation
AAC
Dysphagia
Complex disability
NDIS
Private clients
iCare
DVA

Whether you want to become highly specialised clinically or eventually move into leadership,

there is room to shape the position around where you want your career to go.

Support You won’t be joining a small team where supervision is squeezed in when someone has time. You’ll have access to:
Experienced senior Speech Pathologists
Structured clinical supervision
External supervision if required
Formal onboarding and mentoring
A large multidisciplinary team
Robust administration support
Significant internal and external professional development

Work-Life Balance The organisation also offers:
Flexible working arrangements
Fortnightly WFH for report writing
Travel structured around where you live
Ability to start and finish from home for community work
EAP
Discounted gym memberships
Regular team events

Requirements
Degree in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Australian working rights
Driver’s licence and car

Experience across neuro or complex disability is highly regarded, but clinicians wanting to develop in these areas are also encouraged to enquire.
