Canex is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a capable Account Manager to come on board and grow with us.

The role

You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, making sure they have the right people at the right time.
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships
Understand client workforce needs and coordinate delivery with our recruitment and operations teams
Oversee placements and resolve issues quickly and professionally




Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
Keep records, reporting and compliance accurate and up to date

About you
Experience in account management, client service or a similar relationship-focused role
Confident communicator who builds trust at all levels
Organised, responsive and a practical problem solver
Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights

Recruitment experience, business development skills and good existing networks are an advantage but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a strong client focus, we'll teach you the industry.
