We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-recent store opening at Warringah Mall this side of Christmas! This is a great chance for a robust retail leader who enjoys building a team, setting the standard and creating a high-performing store from day one.

About the role
Lead the new Warringah Mall store
Build and develop a team of part-time and casual team members
Recruit and create your team ahead of opening
Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
Set the culture and standards from day one
Work closely with the wider leadership team
FULL pre-opening training will be provided

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a hands‑on and commercially driven Store Manager who:
Has proven Store Manager experience
Is confident recruiting and developing a team




Knows how to drive sales and KPIs
Leads from the front and sets high standards
Creates a positive and energetic store culture
Is customer focused and commercially minded
Enjoys the challenge of opening and building a new store

The store will be a multi-brand retail environment, so we're open to candidates from a range of retail backgrounds!

The package

$80K–$90K + Super

Tuesday–Saturday roster

Mid-November store opening

Pre-opening training provided
