Introduction An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Lawyer with 4+ years’ experience to join a well-regarded specialist practice in Brisbane. This role offers exposure to high-quality front-end and back-end matters with direct partner access and genuine responsibility.

This specialist commercial law firm is recognised for its expertise in construction, infrastructure and complex projects, advising a diverse client base on strategic, partner-led matters.

The Role
Advising on a broad mix of front-end and back-end construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation across Australian Standard contracts, bespoke, Egineering, Procurement, Construction and Design and Construction arrangements.
Providing guidance on project risk, procurement and delivery strategies throughout the project lifecycle




Managing dispute resolution processes including adjudications, mediations and litigation

About You
You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in construction, projects or infrastructure law
You will bring solid drafting, analytical skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
You will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively across complex matters
