ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Previous Medical Debt Recovery Experience
Proven reliable career history
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Can work cohesively within a team environment
Time management skills and the ability to be self-motivated
Great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

CORE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Following up outstanding debt
Management of claim rejections
Reporting of aged debts
Liaising with patients, medical professionals, Medicare, health insurers, healthcare providers and Insurance companies
Flexible Days and Times of work for the right candidate
