About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to take orders, serve customers, process payments and keep our service areas clean and organised. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver accurate orders and a excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Welcome customers and take orders accurately.
Process cash and card payments.
Pack and hand over dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.
Answer menu questions and assist customers.
Keep the counter and dining areas clean and stocked.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

What we’re looking for
Six months’ customer service, hospitality or retail experience preferred, but not essential.
A positive attitude and valuable communication skills.
Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
Ability to stay organised during busy periods.
Availability for weekday, evening and weekend shifts.
Valid Australian work rights.

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
