Key responsibilities and Qualifications:
CA/CPA qualification with a degree
5 years’ experience managing a Business Services Team
Lead and mentor a team of ambitious accountants providing guidance and support to foster their growth
Manage workflow and ensure budgets, deadlines and compliance obligations are met
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
Collaborate with Partners and management to enhance and manage staff training and development initiatives
