Qualifications & experience
Fluent in English (and Vietnamese preferred)
Solid attention to detail and ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
Computer literacy (MS Office & other technical software)
Presentation Skills
Study/experience in civil, mechanical engineering
Knowledge within HVAC industry is an advantage (but not essential)

Tasks & responsibilities
Build, develop and maintain customer relationships




Manage quote requests and pricing enquiries within a given time frame
Negotiate and sign sales contracts, ensure revenue and profit targets are met
Schedule plans for each project, providing other departments of the company with details to update production schedules
Support accounts department in monthly payment/settlement to ensure all payment is received and finalized
Introduce and promote the company's brand, products and services
Work closely and co-operate with other departments in company operations
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
