Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking an experienced waste services leader to oversee kerbside collections, transfer stations, and resource recovery. The role reports to the Manager Sustainable Settings and will manage contractor relationships to ensure compliant, high-quality services.
You will develop and implement the waste management strategy, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and grants, and deliver education programs to reduce contamination while advancing a circular economy.
