About You The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in dental reception (highly regarded)
Be confident managing patient appointments, enquiries and general reception duties
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be organised, efficient and able to multitask in a busy setting
Have a warm, friendly and approachable personality
Demonstrate a genuine passion for patient care and creating positive patient experiences




Be comfortable using practice management software and handling patient billing
Be proactive, reliable and willing to support the wider team
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
