CHEF | COOK — OF ALL LEVELS

We are searching for talented culinary professionals—from passionate Commis Chefs to experienced Demi, Partie, and Sous Chefs—to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you thrive in a bustling kitchen workplace and take pride in every plate you send out, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

Responsibility
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
Mise en place and breakdown.
Section management.




Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.

The Prerequisites
1 years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues.
Learn new techniques and sections.
Experience in a busy and qualified setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised with a passion for well executed food.
Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices.
Openness and honesty, Humility, and Integrity.
Positivity and a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
Ability to work autonomously and supportively for the team.
Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Uses confidence to show outstanding restraint under even the most trying circumstances.
Takes the initiative.
Self-motivated.
