Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is implementing a recent Psychological Therapies Service across Dubbo and surrounding region. The Team Leader will oversee service rollout, stakeholder engagement, and workforce mobilisation to ensure a smooth start and ongoing delivery of high-quality care.
They will provide clinical leadership, establish referral pathways, and ensure governance and contractual compliance while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward continuous improvement.
