This role will support workforce readiness, system adoption, and training rollout across frontline operational teams.
Key responsibilities
Deliver training to operational and production workforce
Conduct change impact analysis
Develop training plans and learning materials
Work closely with SMEs and operational leaders
Support system rollout and workforce capability
Requirements
Experience supporting operational, manufacturing or industrial workforce
Training delivery experience across frontline teams
Experience supporting system rollout or workforce change
Solid stakeholder engagement capability
