We're on the lookout for a people-loving, detail-driven Appointment Setter for our Proactive Customer Care Team based in Brisbane.

This role is all about being the trusted point of contact for our customers - helping them feel informed, supported, and looked after throughout their solar journey. You'll play a key role in managing customer communication, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.

What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with customers - managing inbound calls through our 1300 number and providing friendly, helpful support
Managing appointments - booking, confirming, and coordinating key customer milestones including Post Site, MS, Post-Install, and more




Keeping things running smoothly - maintaining accurate calendars, schedules, and customer records
Creating great first impressions - conducting Welcome Calls to ensure current customers feel confident and supported from day one
Supporting an exceptional customer journey - helping deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through to installation completion

What We're Looking For

You’ll bring:
Previous customer service, administration, scheduling, or call-handling experience
Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers over the phone
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapport
A love for structure, processes, and getting things done

Experience in contact centres, appointment setting, bookings, administration, or service coordination will be highly regarded - but we're most interested in your ability to communicate well and deliver a great customer experience.
