About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our team at Airforce Airconditioning in Osborne Park, Western Australia. This full time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts and payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations & debt collect.
Handling the company's payroll, processing timesheets, PAY-G and superannuation, generating payslips & STP.
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
BAS preparation & lodgement
Reporting to the Business Manager & Managing Director

What we're looking for
3 Years Experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll as a minimum
Accounting or Bookkeeping qualifications desirable
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Proficient in the use of Xero or similar accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
We really value a can-do attitude and friendly approachable manner




Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
