We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our busy and growing smash repair business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and wants to build a long-term career in vehicle estimating and crash repair.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist with assessing damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Inspecting vehicles and identifying accident damage
Assisting with repair estimates and quotes
Taking photos and documenting vehicle damage
Preparing parts and labour requirements
Liaising with insurers, customers, suppliers and repairers
Assisting with insurance claims and repair processes
Updating estimating and job management systems
Supporting the estimating and production teams to ensure jobs run smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about cars and the automotive industry
Keen to learn and develop their estimating skills
Reliable,



organised and highly motivated
A solid communicator with good customer service skills
Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
Able to work well in a busy team workplace
Detail-oriented with a solid eye for accuracy

Automotive, panel beating, spray painting or smash repair experience is highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right person.
