Drift City is Elizabeth’s newest indoor entertainment venue: high-energy electric go-kart racing on a purpose-built indoor track. We host walk-in racers, groups, corporate events and kids’ birthday parties, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our front-of-house team in full time, part time and casual roles.

What you’ll do
Welcome guests, check in bookings and process sales (cash and EFTPOS)
Answer phone, email and online enquiries and make bookings
Brief guests on safety rules and make sure waivers are completed
Host birthday parties and group events and keep them running on time
Help fit helmets and get guests on and off karts alongside our track marshals
Keep reception, waiting and party areas clean and stocked
Handle opening and closing duties, including till balancing

About you




You enjoy dealing with people of all ages and stay calm when it’s busy
You’re reliable and punctual
You’re available on weekends and school holidays
Customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but full training is provided
A First Aid certificate is a bonus
