Norton, part of Gallagher, is seeking a field-based sales skilled in Victoria to build relationships with farmers and dealers, assess site needs and turn prospects into yard solutions. You will own the sales cycle from first farm visit to closing the deal, coordinating with CAD and technical teams.

You’ll travel 2–3 days per fortnight to farms, grow regional sales, and support dealers and customers with practical yard concepts and proposals.
