Urgent Casual Disability Support Worker need 5 start to start Monday

Empower Community Health Care Services – Teralba NSW

We are seeking reliable, skilled and compassionate support workers with solid experience across both mental health and disability support. You will be providing person-centred, capacity-building supports within participants' homes and in the community.

Key responsibilities
Mental health and psychosocial support
Daily living and personal care
Community access and social engagement
Medication prompting (where applicable)
Behaviour support plan implementation
Routine-based supports
Transport to appointments and activities
Work independently and follow participant plans

About you
Minimum 1 year experience in mental health support




Minimum 1 year experience in disability support
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Qualifications in Mental Health or related field (minimum Cert III)
Two qualified work references
NDIS Orientation Module
Experience with complex mental health presentations
Solid documentation and reporting skills
