Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Horsham. This hands-on role leads the cleaning team, allocates tasks, and maintains high standards across the site.

Working Monday to Friday, 1:30pm–9:30pm, you’ll drive quality, safety and compliance on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have proven Cleaning Supervisor experience, solid Health & Safety knowledge, COSHH/GMP awareness, and the ability to manage rotas and train staff.
